FREE Yin Yoga Class
Join Cat Cardoso for a free Yin Yoga class at 11am. Yin Yoga is designed to bring balance to the body and mind while targeting the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and joints of the body. A Yin practice consists of a series of floor postures which are held for anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes and is suitable for almost all levels of students.
