Extended School Year Presentation (Special Education)

Extended School Year Presentation.
 
As distant as summer seems, it is that time of year to think about your child’s Extended School Year (ESY). Want to learn more?  Join us on Tuesday, February 11, 6-8pm  at the Northborough Public Library, 34 Main Street.  The presentation will include: An overview of the process, the relevant laws and regulations, your student’s rights to an individually designed placement that matches their needs (which is not always the in-district program), the requirement for transportation to be provided, your rights for appeal when disagreements arise
