YogaGolf will improve range of motion, tourque, stretch , strengthen, improve core strength, balance and flexibility.
Taught by Dr. Danielle Hanlon a chiropractor this class will also help the golfer who suffers with chronic back, neck or shoulder pain.
This class is for all levels even if you have never done yoga before this class is still for you. Mat's are provided, just wear comfortable loose clothing.
