Saturdays class is to benefit the Red Cross relief efforts after Hurricane Sandy. 100% of the class fee will be donated to support victims of this natural disaster.
Vinyasa Flow Class (All levels): This class incorporates pranayama
(yogic breathing) with movement. The asanas (yoga postures) are
dynamically connected to increase the heart rate or "inner fire."
Classes are detoxifying, increase muscular strength, and provide a
cardiovascular component. The internal heat generated in practice
warms the muscles allowing for increased flexibility. Focus is on the
core as well as the breath to keep you connected throughout the
practice. The class is open to all levels. Modifications for postures
are provided both for beginners and those looking to intensify their
