Teens will learn a series of Pilates mat work and body movement focused on core strength and flexibility. We teach proper alignment and postural techniques that work the core, back and glutes. We also focus on fundamental body movement designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the entire body including arms, lets, chest and shoulders. Pilates improves posture, strength and coordination. This class is part of our Strong Body, Strong Mind series for teens - $50 for 4 weeks with two to four classes per week. You may also attend this class weekly with our Teen Class Pass of 8 classes for $80.
