A full body workout that incorporates cardio drills, core work and light resistance training. We will teach proper alignment and safe and effective form with the understanding that it is not about the amount of weight lifted, but about proper lifting technique and core strength. Proper form for lifting and movement in exercise will enable teens to handle any sport or simply increase strength and stability during activity. Ages 11 to 14. Attend with the Teen Strong Body, Stong Mind $50 series of 4 weeks, 2 to 4 classes per week OR the Teen Class Pass $80 for 8 classes.
