Puritans, Praying Indians and King Philip’s War

The Northborough Historical Society will hold its next monthly meeting on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 7:30PM. The evening’s program will be, Puritans, Praying Indians and King Philip’s War” presented by Paul Brodeur, a local historian and a trustee of the Marlborough Historical Society.


In 1675 and 1676, Main Street in Northborough was the main road to war! Come to the Northborough Historical Society to hear the story of how the Puritans, Praying Indians, and Nipmucs engaged in King Philip’s War.


Meetings are held at the Historical Society building, 50 Main Street (corner of Main and School Streets) in Northborough. There is no charge to attend. All are welcome.
