Barre Fit Class at The Core Connection

Barre Fit class is an upbeat and incredibly effective workout that incorporates low-impact exercises using ballet barre support and small props.  It is an energizing, total-body workout that will sculpt long, lean muscles through precise strength and flexibility movements. Barre class is appropriate for all levels, but is not recommended for clients with significant knee, ankle or foot issues.  Class can be taken in bare feet, toe sox or athletic footwear.  Pre-registration is required for class due to limited capacity.  Sign up online on the link through www.thecoreconnection.com.
