WHAT: A one hour "Lunch & Learn" to educate mature adults on how they can recover 10 or more years of lost strength and function to enable them to live independent and pain free lives.

WHY: ActiveRx is redefining aging by helping mature adults to "Choose How You Age". Based on decades of scientific research on strength and aging, ActiveRx provides members with programs and a place to preserve and recover their functional strength and enhance their mobility, flexibility, and balance.
