Submitted by Alicia Williams

Alicia Williams, principal of Northborough-based Aliste Internet Marketing, is among the 2012 honorees for the annual Worcester Business Journal’s Top 40 Under Forty awards, which honors the best and brightest business leaders under the age of 40 in Central Massachusetts.

Honorees will be featured in the Sept. 3 issue of Worcester Business Journal and will be formally recognized in an awards ceremony held at Mechanics Hall in Worcester on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Williams founded Aliste Internet Marketing at age 21 and has grown the company to become an international internet marketing firm. Her company provides internet marketing strategies designed to be effective, affordable and simple to implement for both aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesses.

“Every amazing opportunity happens when you push yourself out of your comfort zone,” said Williams. “I am honored and proud to be an honoree for the Worcester Business Journal’s 2012 ‘40 under Forty.’ It has been a dream of mine to accomplish this recognition so early in my career. I look forward to sharing my experiences with fellow entrepreneurs and the community.”
