The Core Connection is a fun, motivating place to work out at. The owner/instructor Rita is a fun, thoughtful and well trained teacher and makes sure the other instructors are as well. The Zumba classes are great! We are lucky to have such a great facility in the area.

Words cannot describe Core Connection but I will try. Rita and the gang at Core Connection truly have your well being in mind with every move they make. Whether it is how you breathe through a move or the placement of your body, they are there to help you get the most out of your workout. Unlike some "gyms" where you have many machines to work out on and no one making sure you are doing it correctly. How many times have you been in a gym and you see someone doing it the wrong way? They might as well not even be doing the exercise. Luckily more people don't hurt themselves. I can honestly say I've become more aware of my body and it's thanks to Core Connection. Thank so much! If you would like a studio that makes you feel welcome and that you are comfortable fitting in whatever your level is, it is The Core Connection. We enjoy the constant attention of the instructor for proper placement and breathing in a best of interest manner and quiet gentle touch. I have tried so many places in the area and haven't found one to compare to Rita and her instructors attention to detail, quick follow through, soft touch or perfect instruction. It is a warm, healthy feeling, focused on teaching you how to learn about and be aware of your body. I feel welcome everytime I go. There site is also easy to use, to understand the levels of classes and times to schedule. The other members are pleasant and easy to talk with. I believe this is due to the atmosphere, Rita's committment that draws pleasant members and the staff who are equally as kind. Do yourself and your body a wonderful favor and take a class at The Core Connection. SM :)

Rita and the staff are quite knowledgeble and very tuned into what ever the person's level is. I do the individual and duet training with Carol H and Rita respectively and they are both so good as I am getting such great benefit from the training sessions. If you are new to pilates, yoga or fitness in general, this is the place to start. If you are experienced, this is the place to be!

The Core Connection is a great place to get and stay fit and strong. Rita and her amazing team provide expert individual attention that helps me get the most from my workouts. There are always options to accommodate different experience levels and individual needs in an atmosphere that is supportive, fun, and never boring!

Hands down, The Core Connection is by far the best place to "go and get fit" in Northborough and the greater Metrowest area. I have been a member at various gyms and a Y, and taken many different types of classes over the years, and I can honestly say that my experience at The Core Connection has been the best of them all. Rita and her instructors are extremely well-trained and it shows. They focus on correct form and provide gentle corrections to ensure that you are getting the most out of your workout and that you are exercising safely - important for those of us who have had injuries. The instructors also exude genuine warmth and joy in what they do, making it a very fun place to work out! The added bonus is that the other members are also warm and welcoming. I'm so glad I tried The Core Connection - it's worth the trip!

The new Boost has taken a major step backwards with their recent move to a new location. After bragging of having more parking its a total joke! there is No parking- drove around 20 minutes looking for a spot and the building next door isn't even open yet!! class sizes are now limited to first come first serve since the room is so small. And everything is crammed into one main open space with no mirrors and no floor space. Very sad with the new location!!

Boost Fitness has so much exciting new energy in the new location!!! The instructors are absolutely amazing and the new building is beautiful. I am most excited about the 24 hour access coming soon!! Boost gets my vote!!!

Used to love BOOST but new location small and poorly planned out. After promises of lots of parking there is not enough. But worst of all for the first time since I joined (over two years ago) there is not enough cardio equipment to go around. Too bad because it has great staff and instructors and it used to be fabulous!

The Core Connection is amazing in every aspect. Rita and her staff make it a wonderful place to get fit....and learn how to stay fit.

Love this studio, fun, fun, fun and what a workout with the pilates. Rita is great trying Zumba next. The studio is clean, bright, and friendly. Whether you come by yourself like I did, or have friends join you. Well worth the money you pay for the classes.

The new Boost does take a little getting used to, it's a different space so it is set up differently. Like with any new changes, you have to get used to it and realize it has the same non-intimidating environment, same friendly atmosphere. What I miss the most is being on the treadmill and looking down at Rt 20 and watching the traffic.

The Core Connection is by far the best place to work out in Northborough. Rita should be in Hollywood training J-Lo-thanks for staying with us! Jeanne

I thought about taking a reformer class at the Core Connection for a long time, but kept putting it off, thinking I would not be able to do it because it seemed sort of intimidating. However, I am so glad I finally went. It changed the entire way I think about exercise. Rita and the other instructors are incredibly focused on making sure that you move properly. I realized that for years, I was not using machines at regular gyms properly. There’s a LOT to exercising properly and if you don’t have a highly trained professional leading you, you will do it wrong, not get results, and more importantly, get hurt. After just a few sessions, I felt comfortable on the reformer because of the great guidance I received and could really notice a difference as compared to my regular gym workouts. Also, the studio is a beautiful space to go and take care of your body. We laugh a lot during the sessions so it is fun too! The Core Connection is the best! MJ

The Core Connection is truly an amazing place to treat yourself. The staff are not only friendly but extremely professional and they really know what they are doing. You can either take a class which is in an extremely relaxing, clean and peaceful setting or you can go in for a private and have your workout totally tailored to your needs. Rita is up on the latest and greatest and is one of very few that has the most cutting edge equipment. I personally love the reformer she has in her studio. Her energy is enough to just make you want to push yourself during your work out! If you are looking for a fitness center, CORE CONNECTION is the way to go!!!!

I've been going to Shake fitness since before they opened in Northborough and I love it there. The instructors are fabulous and the Zumba work outs are the best I have ever had. The energy and the other attendees are outstanding!
