NORTHBOROUGH STORM CENTER: State Offices Open

Updated at 5:56 a.m. Wednesday: All state offices are open Wednesday, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency's Facebook page. "Drivers are urged to use caution while driving given the snowy conditions.

Updated at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday: Tuesday night's talk by Ted Reinstein at the Northborough Free Library has been postponed to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, according to the Friends of the Northborough Library's Facebook page.

Updated at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday: The Northborough Planning Board meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday has been postponed to 7 p.m. Jan. 27, according to Northborough's website.

Updated at 3:03 p.m. Tuesday: The T. Rose Karate Dojo will close at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, and cancel its 6:15 p.m. and adult class, per its Facebook page.

Updated at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday: All Algonquin Regional High School sporting events scheduled for Tuesday have been postponed, according to the Midland-Wachusett League website. All three boys basketball games have been moved to Jan. 26. All three girls games have been moved to Jan. 29.

Updated at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday: The Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce has rescheduled Wednesday's membership breakfast to 7:15 a.m. next Tuesday, Jan. 28, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Westborough, officials said in an e-mail.
