Talk about some hot days in the sun for these workers. On Friday, July 19, workers from the state's highway department continued its paving of downtown. Traffic is slightly congested, moving through coned off lanes on Main past Patty Lane, Hudson and Blake.
There is a detour getting to route 135 off of Main Street/Route 20.
According to a memorandum sent by Town Engineer Fred Litchfield, the project could extend through August, when the timing of the traffic lights will be finalized.
