Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Northborough.

It's Wednesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Shop at Northborough Crossing.

Several stores there are advertising deals, according to the plaza's Facebook page.

2. Get pain relief medication advice.

Dr. Cynthia Poulos and Classique Medical Spa have posted advice on their Facebook page.

3. Sign up for a blanket class.

Craftworks in Northborough will hold a five-week blanket class from 10 a.m. to noon Thursdays starting Jan. 30.

4. In case you missed it:  Northborough Police arrested a Rhode Island resident for presenting a forged prescription.

Police arrested Jessica Erin Dingley, 24, of 608 Third Ave., Woonsocket, R.I., and charged her with uttering a false prescription, according to the Northborough Police and Fire log.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Wednesday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • JV girls ice hockey: at Chelmsford, at Chelmsford Forum, 4 p.m.
  • Varsity swimming: at Tantasqua, 4 p.m.
  • Varsity gymnastics: vs. Westborough, 6 p.m.
  • Varsity boys ice hockey: vs. Marlborough, at Navin Ice Rink, 7:30 p.m.
