Play With Legos on Tuesday

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Northborough.

It's Tuesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Play with Legos.

The Northborough Free Library offers drop-in Legos at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

2. Attend the Northborough Planning Board meeting.

The board meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Town Hall Offices. The agenda is here.
 
3. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Tuesday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • Freshman girls basketball: vs. Leominster, 4 p.m.
  • Freshman boys basketball: at Leominster, 4 p.m.
  • JV girls basketball: vs. Leominster, 5:30 p.m.
  • JV boys basketball: vs. Leominster, 5:30 p.m.
  • Varsity swimming: vs. Shrewsbury, at Clark University, 6:30 p.m.
  • Varsity girls basketball: vs. Leominster, 7 p.m.
  • Varsity boys basketball: at Leominster, 7 p.m.

4. In case you missed it: the Red Sox World Series Championship trophy was in town.

Boston Red Sox fans of all ages united at the Northborough Senior Center on Monday.

5. Register for Kindergarten.

The Northborough schools' Kindergarten registration runs Monday through Wednesday. Learn more here.
