Northborough's Got Talent

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Northborough.

It's Tuesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Attend the Northborough Planning Board meeting.

The board meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Town Hall Offices. The agenda includes a review of the Wicked Good Golf Academy and Fun Center's zoning board of appeals application.

2. Northborough's got talent.
 
A talent show will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Senior Center's The Bistro@119. A $2 donation is requested for the show, for those not eating dinner.

3. Try yoga.

The Northborough Public Library offers family yoga at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

4. Shop in Northborough.

From the PYOP Studio's Facebook page: "Some of our Holiday pieces are sold out and others are selling fast, so if you had your eye on something come in before they are gone. Remember Christmas is only 37 days away!"

5. In case you missed it: East Coast Golf closed on Sunday.
 
Owner Laura MacKinnon said Sunday she is leasing the site to the New England Ruffnecks, which plan to build a baseball complex there, according to their website. Ground breaking is expected before December, with the facility opening next summer.
