Northborough Food Pantry Offers "Scouting for Food" Ideas

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Northborough.

1. MetroWest Healthy Dining Week starts Friday.

The goal of these Mass in Motion healthy dining initiatives is to promote better nutrition among people who live, work, and play in Framingham, Hudson, Marlborough, and Northborough.

2. Ready for "Scouting for Food"?

The Northborough Food Pantry has posted suggested donations on its Facebook page.

3. Peaslee Elementary School students enjoyed Halloween.

4. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Friday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • Varsity football: vs. Grafton, in a Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Central Bracket I - Non-Playoff Football Schedule game, 7 p.m.
5. In case you missed it: Northborough Police love the Sox.

The police department posted on its Facebook page quite a few images celebrating the Boston Red Sox World Championship, including one of a March 27 Tweet from second baseman Dustin Pedroia.
