Weigh in on Community Preservation Act Requests

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Northborough.

It's Thursday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Weigh in on the Community Preservation Act applications.

The community preservation committee holds a public hearing on the fiscal 2015 Community Preservation Act applications at 7 p.m. Thursday in Town Hall Conference Room B.

2. There's no school on Thursday.

The Northborough and Southborough schools are observing Rosh Hashanah.

3. Make a Back to School wreath.

The Northborough Free Library hosts that drop-in craft activity, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.

4. Enjoy a walk.

The Northborough Senior Center's Walking Club meets at 10 a.m. Thursday.

5. Learn about school security.

The Northborough and Southborough schools have adopted ID badges.
