Here are a few things you need to know right now in Northborough:

  • The National Weather Service is calling for rain with highs in the mid-40s and some fog here and there. Expect between a quarter and a half an inch of rain. Overnight, rain continues, possibly turning into sleet, with temps in the 20s.
  • There are all kinds of fun things going on at the library today. Mother Goose is on the loose at 10:30 a.m., offers free, fun storytime for the little ones. Kids 6- to 10-years-old can learn how to make a volcano at 5:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., the manga and graphic novel book club meets and will be reading “Pantalones, TX: Don't Chicken Out,” by Yehudi Mercado. Also at 7 p.m., the mystery book club meets to discuss "True Confessions," by John Gregory Dunne.
