Hear an Author on Tuesday Night

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Northborough.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Hear an author.

Ted Reinstein will discuss his new book, "New England Notebook," at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Free Library.

2. The Northboro Chiropractic Center is offering a program.

The 21-day purification and cleanse program costs $240 for beginners.
 
3. Know your history?

The Northborough Historical Society holds a Historical Trivia Night at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Admission is free.

4. Run for office.

Nomination papers for the May 12 annual town election become available Tuesday.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Monday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • JV boys ice hockey: vs. Wachusett, at NorthStar Ice Sports, 7:20 a.m.
  • Varsity girls ice hockey: vs. Westford Academy, at New England Sports Center, 11 a.m.
  • Varsity boys ice hockey: vs. Leominster, at NorthStar Ice Sports, 3:30 p.m.
