Guess Who's Coming to the Yama Zakura?

It's Thursday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Guess who's coming to dinner at Yama Zakura?

The Phantom Gourmet visits on Thursday night, according to the Yama Zakura's Facebook page.

2. Catch a concert.

The Zeh Elementary School grade four and five concert is at 7 p.m. Thursday.

3. Hear acoustic music.

'Round Midnight, an acoustic duo, performs at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Guiseppe's Grille.

4. In case you missed it:  Selectman takes out nomination papers.

Tuesday, Dawn Rand was the first person to take out nomination papers for the May 12 annual town ballot, Town Clerk Andrew Dowd said.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Thursday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • Varsity alpine skiing: vs TBA, at Ski Ward Ski Area, 3 p.m.
  • Varsity swimming: vs. Worcester, at Worcester Boys and Girls Club, 3:30 p.m.
  • Varsity girls indoor track: vs. Leominster, at Shrewsbury, 4 p.m.
  • Varsity boys indoor track: vs. Leominster, at Shrewsbury, 4 p.m.
  • JV girls basketball: vs. North Middlesex, 5:30 p.m.
  • Varsity girls basketball: vs. North Middlesex, 7 p.m.
