Attend Tuesday Night's Planning Board Meeting

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Northborough.

It's Tuesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Hear an author.

Ted Reinstein will discuss his new book, "New England Notebook," at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Free Library.

2. There's no school in Northborough and Southborough on Tuesday.

Teachers have a professional development day.

3. Attend the Northborough Planning Board meeting.

The board's regular meeting, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Town Hall Offices, includes a discussion of proposed zoning amendments for the 2014 annual town meeting.

4. In case you missed it: A Northborough teenager allegedly drove while under the influence of drugs early Saturday.

 Northborough Police arrested Christopher J. Daley, 18, of 44 Reservoir St.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.
