Yoga-Flow at PJF
Yoga Flow I – a beginner yoga class designed to build a mindful yoga practice. This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga postures while introducing students to vinyasa, the process by where movements flow into each other and link breath with movement. This class will help to increase strength and flexibility while cultivating a more peaceful mind. Yoga Flow I is suitable for all levels.
