In that post I said I would be sharing photos of the lake from time to time. Hopefully that will keep what was a vigorous discussion going, and encourage those with knowledge of what is going on to share the latest information on where things stand. It gets me over to the lake almost every day.

The pics in this collection, with a couple of exceptions, were selected mainly to illustrate the enjoyment that many people (and maybe some local swans) have at the lake. Organizations such as the Rotary Club of Westborough, of which I am a member, hold events that attract folks from all over -- even in the middle of winter! This year's life guards are now on duty and have done a great job getting out markers for the swimming area.

Finally, a kind word to MaryJo, who has encouraged me to contribute to the site. I've burned a lot of calories recently to do that! Hopefully you've been good for not only my health, but that of this beautiful resource.
