Wal-mart News: Changes have been made to their coupon acceptance policy. Basically, if the coupon can't scan on their flatbed scanner, they will not accept the coupon. They will not override and manually enter the coupon amount and they will not use a hand scanner for coupons. Apparently this is to cut down on coupon fraud and to expedite the checkout process.
