Anyone who has come into PJF and has met my husband, Jay, can tell right away what a passion he has for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
He has helped many people over the years achieve goals of: running in races, working through medical issues to strengthen differnet area's of the body, reach weight loss goals as well as taking someone from the coach to the Tough Mudder race! Whatever your goal, he can work with you to reach it!
As the holiday's approach, we know what plagues all of us is how to make it through the holiday's without gaining 10+lbs and not being able to fit into our holiday clothes! Am I right, everyone?

Starting Monday, Oct. 29, Jay will be offering a FREE 4-week BOOTCAMP Group. This is available to Members as well as nonmembers of PJF (18 years of age or older).
Times are as follows:
Monday and Friday 7 a.m. or 11 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 a.m. or 11 a.m.
This group will help get you into a routine for exercising, build strength and stamina along with self confidence.
