Police Log: Man Wears Trash Bag as Shirt; Sick Fox on Whitney; Out of Control Soccer; OUI

The following information was supplied by the Northborough police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Incidents, Saturday, May 26

9:48 a.m.: Resident wishes to speak to an officer regarding a harassment issue, Gristmill Lane

11:12 a.m.: Report of a car off the roadway into the woods on Southwest Cutoff. No injuries reported

2:12 p.m.: Medical call on West Main Street

2:25 p.m.: Two car MVA with no injuries, Belmont Street

4:03 p.m.: Minor MVA with no injuries on Southwest Cutoff

3:38 p.m.: Criminal application for speeding on Otis Street. Also driving without a license

9:32 p.m.: Criminal application to unlicensed driver on Belmont Street. Also defective equipment

Incidents, Sunday, May 27

12:28 a.m.: Party reports her 16-year-old daughter has left the residence, East Main Street

2:04 a.m.: One in custody for OUI, West Main Street

3:46 a.m.: Medical call on West Main Street

4:12 a.m.: Prisoner transport for medical call, Main Street

7:21 a.m.: Medical call on Kendall Drive

10:01 a.m.: Resident reports larceny from a vehicle, Hudson Street

10:05 a.m.: Men's soccer game out of control, Lincoln Street. Police were called to the Melican Middle School by a concerned resident who thought that the game was "heated." Police found nothing of concern upon arrival.

2:36 p.m.: Resident reports sickly fox in her yard, Whitney Street

11:37 p.m.: Caller reports loud party next door on Coolidge Circle. Homeowner is spoken to and the party will be moved inside for the night

Incidents, Monday, May 28

12:01 a.m.: Party calls back and reports party at residence, Coolidge Circle. Upon arrival everyone is inside and there is no loud noise

12:30 p.m.: Resident reports that a male is wearing a trash bag as a shirt and walking down Brigham Street. Party is spoken to. According to police, the young man wearing the trash bag had just signed himself out of the Spectrum House in Westborough (rehab) and was walking toward his home in Holden.

1:15 p.m.: Medical call on Howard Street

1:47 p.m.: Report of a fox in the neighbor's yard, Whitney Street

2:50 p.m.: Alarm investigation, Shops Way

3:55 p.m.: Medical call on Fairway Drive

6:42 p.m.: Criminal application for driving with a revoked and uninsured vehicle, Main Street

7:04 p.m.: Fire alarm on Forbes Road

9:53 p.m.: Criminal application for suspended license and no inspection, Belmont Street

Incidents, Tuesday, May 29

1:09 a.m.: Medical call on Route 290

3:08 a.m.: Verbal argument on Belmont Street

5:10 a.m.: Medical call on Otis Street

Arrests:

May 27, 2:40 a.m.: Jose Francisco Reyes, 30, 87 Fontaine St., Marlborough, arrested and charged with failure to dim headlights, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation and OUI (liquor), West Main Street
