Police Log: Harassing Calls; Stealing from Wegmans; Child Home Alone

Incidents, Friday, Jan. 25

8:18 a.m.: Accident by mail, Main Street. MA 446JW8 vs. MA 818LY6

8:22 a.m.: Two car accident with injuries, Main Street. McFee/Newton requested for two tows.

Noon: Accident by mail, Main Street. MA 4HG480 vs. 155RX5

12:40 p.m.: Mass DOT advised to pickup, Main Street

3:14 p.m.: 6EJ440/MA Summons for operating after suspension, Southwest Cutoff. One female transported to Marlborough in car 8.

4:17 p.m.: Party reporting harassing phone calls, Intervale Farm Road

5:35 p.m.: Report of dog running by roadside, School Street

5:59 p.m.: 2 car MVA, no injuries, West Main Street. Mcfee Newton called for tow.

6:04 p.m.: Assist FD with CO detector activation, Samuel Gamwel Road

6:27 p.m.: Report of disorderly customer at a business on West Main Street. Party trespassed from property.

6:55 p.m.: Medical call, Otis Street

10:55 p.m.: One car MVA with injuries, Lyman Street. MA 88GF42. Mcfee Newton called for tow.

11:27 p.m.: Caller reporting a car into a pole that appears abandoned (the car, that is), Beechwood Circle. MA PC 929MV6. McFee & Newton called for a tow and Verizon contacted regarding pole #10.

11:40 p.m.: Single car MVA MA PC 528BJ3. McFee & Newton called for a tow, South Street. Verizon contacted regarding pole #3.

Incidents, Saturday, Jan. 26

1:10 a.m.: Single car MVA into guardrail, West Main Street. MA CO P50544. Civil citation for speed greater than reasonable.

3:16 a.m.: One in custody for OUI MA PC 795KT2, West Main Street. McFee & Newton called for a tow.

11:59 a.m.: Family member requesting a check, Bryant Lane. Spoke to resident, will call family member.

1:13 p.m.: Party reporting a concerning phone call, Intervale Farm Lane

2:26 p.m.: Employee reporting an issue with a customer, Otis Street. 94c violation issued.

4:20 p.m.: Speak to officer regarding stay away order, School Street

4:52 p.m.: Medical call, Brigham Street

6:08 p.m.: 2 people agruing / cancel both parties left, Belmont Street

6:04 p.m.: Resident looking to obtain restraining order, Overlook Drive

7:10 p.m.: LP at Wegmans has a shoplifter, Shops Way

9 p.m.: Young male child believed to be home alone, Bay Drive. DCF notified.

Arrests:

Jan. 26, 3:41 a.m.: Pablo Umberto Abalos, 25, 193 West Main Street, Apt:
1R, Marlborough, arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, operating with a suspending license, OUI

Jan. 26, 7:52 p.m.: Mary E Sardagnola, 46, 37 Colonial Drive, Shrewsbury, arrested and charged with larceny over $250
