Police Log: Early Morning Man Mower; Couple Spat on Off-Ramp; Counterfeit Money; Arrest for Second OUI

Incidents, Saturday, June 9

10:29 a.m.: Two car MVA on West Main Street with no injuries

10:51 a.m.: Neighbor reports a disturbance in the area of Otis Street

1:35 p.m.: Resident on Whitney Street reports damage to a dumpster

3:35 p.m.: Resient in lobby reports counterfeit money, Fairway Drive

3:51 p.m.: Medical call on West Main Street

4:11 p.m.: Medical call on Little Pond Road

5:14 p.m.: Marlborough police request a check of Main Street by the town line for a vehicle. The operator is in custody.

10:14 p.m.: Medical call on Rice Ave

11:49 p.m.: Caller reports a dog barking for more than an hour in the area of Whitney Street

Incidents, Sunday, June 10

2:15 a.m.: Medical call on West Main Street

2:47 a.m.: Caller reports hearing a couple arguing on the off ramp from Route 290, parked on Church Street at the bottom of the ramp. State police are contacted and searched the area with negative results. Tow called. Reservoir Street

5:49 a.m.: Caller reports his neighbor is mowing his lawn, East Main Street

6:13 a.m.: Caller reports neighbor is back outside mowing his lawn, East Main Street. Party spoken to and agreed to do it later.

Arrests:

June 9, 5:54 p.m.: Robert Lindey Maxwell, 55, 229 Miller St., Apt. C4, Ludlow, arrested and charged with second offense of OUI (liquor)
