Police Log: Car Call for Help; Internet Scam; Person Tries to Steal 2 TVs

Incidents, Dec. 27

4:42 a.m.: DPW reporting the railing bent near the side door and headlight parts on the ground, Main Street

6:07 a.m.: Medical call, Green Street

7:50 a.m.: Medical call, Centre Drive

3:45 p.m.: Well being check on female resident - slurred speech and making suicidal statements, Green Street

5:33 p.m.: Call from Worcester - Female in vehicle states she does not feel safe with male driver MA COM M54439, Main Street

5:41 p.m.: Dog hit on Hudson Street

Incidents, Friday, Dec. 28

8:29 a.m.: Two-car, non injury crash, Southwest Cutoff. McFee/Newton requested for two tows.

1:03 p.m.: Attempted larceny of two 32" TVs, Otis Street. Suspect last seen on foot toward Westborough. Westborough also notified.

1:50 p.m.: Two car non injury crash, Southwest Cutoff. Officer reports no damage, no injuries and no report needed.

2:34 p.m.: Past hit and run, Shops Way

6:56 p.m.: Medical call, Brigham Street

8:42 p.m.: Medical call, Solomon Pond Road

11:40 p.m.: Medical call, Centre Drive

Incidents, Saturday, Dec. 29

11:38 a.m.: Residential lockout, Village Drive

12:38 p.m.: Two car MVA, Belmont Street

12:56 a.m.: Medical call, Dennis Circle

1:30 p.m.: Reporting internet scam to rent a house that is for sale, Church Street

1:47 p.m.: Medical call, Shops Way

4:39 p.m.: Medical call, Otis Street

9:40 p.m.: Two-car MVA, West Main Street

9:47 p.m.: Two-car MVA, Southwest Cutoff

10:20 p.m.: Purse was lost or stolen from parking lot, Otis Street

11:18 p.m.: Medical call, Lyman Street

Another scam everyone should be aware of is the Amway Tool Scam. Google "Stop The Amway Tool Scam Wordpress" for more information, and forward this to every non-Distributor/IBO you know, so they don't get scammed.
