About this column: Police Notes provides excerpts from the Northborough police log, but does not include the entire log. The Notes section serves as a sampling of activity in the log. We will report on all arrests; but beyond that, we focus on incidents you might find interesting, such as a UFO sighting or a family of turtles that block rush hour traffic.
