Motel 6 Stabbing Still Under Investigation
Two Shrewsbury residents suffered injuries in a stabbing over the weekend.
The Northborough Police Department continues to investigate a double stabbing that took place just after midnight on Saturday night at Motel 6 in Northborough.
Two men, both 23 and from Shrewsbury, suffered non-life threatning injuries from stab wounds in an alteraction in a motel room, according to police. Both were transported to the hospital by ambulance.
According to Det. Brian Griffin, the suspects and victims were unfamiliar with one another, but both had rented rooms at the motel.

During the fight one of the suspects displayed a gun, said police.
Northborough Police were assisted by Westborough Police, Shrewsbury Police, and the Massachusetts State Police.
The suspects fled prior to the arrival of the police. Three females who were associated with the three suspects were in the motel room at the time of the attack, said police.
The assault is being investigated by Northborough Police Detectives.

Seriously... murder, prostitution, drug deals, drunken arguments resulting in a "pedestrian" getting hit by a car on route 9, and now a stabbing! When is this place going to be shut down?

You just read my mind. We're on a roll. Time to patrol the local motels. Maybe they hit them because 146/20 is an easy ride to motels in towns that were, up until recently, quiet.
