Mom A&B Case Continued to Oct. 5, Ordered to Stay Away From Victim

The case against Dominique Z. Martin of Northborough is continued to Oct. 5.

The case against a mom accused of possible child abuse was continued to Oct. 5, and the mom was ordered to stay away from the victim.

Dominique Z. Martin, 33, 6008 Avalon Dr., Northborough, was arrested on Sept. 26 by Northborough police after allegedly assaulting her daughter in an incident that happened on Sept. 23.

According to a police report, police received a call from principal Margaret E. Donohoe at the Proctor School of a possible child abuse incident at the location on Avalon Drive, and stated that the victim, a ten-year-old girl, was struck in the right arm and ordered to stay out of the apartment.

Martin posted $1,000 bail and paid a $40 fee.
