A Peabody man has been arrested and charged with damaging two vehicles in the parking lot of Motel 6 in Northborough, according to Northborough police.

Darren Redmond, 40, 3 Magnolia Way, No. 326, of Peabody, was arrested on Thursday on two counts of defacing property.

The incident had a "domestic angle," according to police, and involved Redmond's fiancee and another person she was allegedly with at Motel 6.

Redmond was arrested and released on $40 bail, and later transported to Marlborough Hospital for medical issues.
