Now, that's a lot of beef. Smoky, grilled, premium beef, at that.
Fernando Valverde won the most recent Texas BBQ Company drawing. Each Thursday, the restaurant gives diners a chance at winning an entree.
This week, Valverde enjoyed a certified angus beef smoked bone-in ribeye steak, which weighed 2.28 pounds. And this included sides.
We're not sure if he finished it.
