In Court: Larceny, A&B, Lewd and Gross Behavior

The following is a list of case updates that involve either Northborough people and/or occurred in Northborough.




Arthy Sanchez of 29 Belmont St., Route 9, Apt. 403, Northborough, was summonsed to court by a complaint Nov. 22 by Northborough police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Robert Gardner dismissed the case.

Vagner J. Gomez, 37, of 14 Tremont St. Apt. 2, Marlborough, was summonsed to court by a complaint Jan. 9 by Northbrough police and charged with operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class, speeding, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Robert  Gardner continued the case to April 25.

Jennifer Joubert, 26, of 8 Liscomb St. Apt. 2, Worcester, was summonsed to court by a complaint March 8 by Northborough police and charged with receiving stolen property. Judge Gardner continued the case to April 18.

Richard A. Caira, 71, of 60 Highland St., Marlborough, was arrested March 12 by Northborough police and charged with open and gross lewdness. Judge Gardner continued the case to April 26. He was charged after police observed him standing in the middle of a public hiking trail about 50 yards of a public roadway, court documents said. A plainclothes police officer talked with him. When the officer walked away, Caira exposed his penis and began to masturbate in the middle of the trail, according to court documents. As the officer approached him, he made no attempt to stop or to hide from public view, court documents said.

Miguel Torres, 44, of 6 Ellsmere St. #2, Worcester, was summonsed to court by a complaint Feb. 2 by Northborough police and charged with larceny from a building and larceny over $250. Judge Virzi contined the case to April 26.


Maria E. Lopez, 52, of 15 Willow St. Apt. 7, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 8 by Northborough police and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop/yield. Judge Vito  Virzi continued the case to March 21.

Yollyang Olavarria, 22, of 27B Beaver Terrace Circle, Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 8 by Northborough police and charged with marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for a police officer. Judge Virzi continued the case to March 21.
