In Court: Judge Gives Probabtion to Man Who Broke Into a Car
The following cases involve Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.
Kenneth Ormiston, 42, of 10 King St., Northborough, was summonsed into
court Sept. 26 by Northborough on charges of larceny of a credit card,
improper use of a credit card and identity fraud. Judge Vito Virzi
continued the case to Jan. 23.
Dmitri I. Bourdoukin, 23, 15 Dickerson Way, Apt. 83J, Marlborough, was arrested on Dec. 7 by Northborough police for OUI, speeding in a regulation zone. Continued to Jan. 18, 2012.
Christopher Maier, 19, 23 River St., Northborough, was arrested on Aug. 23 by Northborough police for larceny over $250, receiving stolen property, disturbing the peace, B&E into a vehicle at night. After admission to sufficient facts for larceny and B&E, Judge Robert Calagione sentenced him to one year probation and was ordered to stay away from the victim. Maier was charged with breaking into a vehicle in an over-50 community with an accomplice.
Angel Ortiz, 28, of 27 Saipan Rd., Chelsea was summonsed into court after Northborough police filled out a criminal complaint on Aug. 19, 2009 and was charged with rape of a child, statutory, aggravated. Judge David Locke dismissed the charges because of no probable cause.
Angel Ortiz, 28, of 2 Clinton Ct., #1, Chelsea was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 5, 2009 and charged with rape of a child, statutory and enticing a child under 16. Both charges were dismissed by Judge David Locke because of no probable cause.
Eduardo B. Fonseca, 26, of 447 Boston Post Rd, Apt. 18, Marlborough, was arrested by Northborough police of Aug. 7 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor with an oral reading of at least .08 percent, marked lanes violation and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change. Fonseca was found guilty on the first charge after entering a guilty plea. Judge Vito Virzi ordered him to pay $350 in court costs and fees, placed him on probation until Dec. 6, 2013 and ordered a 90 day loss of license. The defendant was found not responsible of the final two charges.
Gilberto A. Sanchez, 36, of 1186 Worcester Rd., Apt. 730, Framingham, was arrested on July 31 by Northborough police and charged with assault and battery, vandalizing property and violation of an abuse prevention order. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed all charges without prejudice.
