Florida Woman Dies in Northborough After Short Illness

Elizabeth L. (Hammonds) Reynolds, 79, died on Saturday, Sept. 15, after a short illness in Northborough, surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves her devoted husband of 41 years, Robert G. Reynolds; 2 sons, Douglas Newell of Evansville, IN, Robert G. Reynolds, Jr. of Northborough, MA; 4 daughters, Lorraine Hair of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Kathy Rinaldi of Pine Beach, NJ, Christine Griffiths of Bristow, VA, Elaine McCullough of Southaven, Miss.; 1 sister, Jean Didden of Homasassa, FL; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A memorial Mass will be held for Elizabeth on Friday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 685 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, N.J. Burial is private.
