A Worcester man was arrested after a drunk-driving related crash on Tuesday afternoon.
A Worcester man was arrested for the sixth time for drunk driving after crashing into a tree at the corner of Southwest Cutoff and Hitching Post Lane in Northborough on Tuesday afternoon.
Kenneth B. Williams, 60, 6 Pilgram Ave., Worcester, was arrested and charged with OUI (sixth offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating after revocation for OUI and a marked lanes violation.
Williams sustained injuries, and was taken into custody for OUI.
According to Northborough Police Chief Mark Leahy, the injuries were very minor. "The operator," said Leahy, "just drove off the right side of the road and about 20 feet into the woods. He was clearly impaired."
