Librarian MaryEllen Remillard from the Zeh School introduced the concept of the StoryWalk to Northborough, applying for a grant to bring this project to town last year.
It was so successful, it is expanded this year, a new StoryWalk being set up in collaboration with that Northborough Trails Committee on the Edmund Hill Trail.
The StoryWalk, which is a walk that propels walkers through pieces of the story as they move through the path, at Edmunds Trail is "The Biggest Snowman Ever" by Steven Kroll.
The story is set up, page by page, mounted along the trail, which is about a half a mile.
It's free, and opens Dec. 10 and continues through Dec. 23 during the daylight hours. To access the Edmund Trail, park in the Rice Ave. area.

The StoryWalk is being done in collaboration with the Northborough Free Library and the Northborough School Librarians. While the Trails Committee supports and encourages participation in the StoryWalk, they are not co-sponsors.
