Northborough Author Susan LaDue Introduces 'Tropical Temptation'

Northborough author Susan LaDue has published the first in a new mystery series featuring the characters from her novel, The Veranda. It's called Tropical Temptation.

LaDue has lived in Northborough for 27 years and has owned and operated The Doggie Den for 14 of them. 

The Veranda introduced a set of American expat characters who live in a a small resort community on the coast of a tiny Central American country. Her Kristen Maroney Mystery Series brings those same characters to life as they stumble onto crimes and misdemeanors that they're ill equipped to solve. Her accidental sleuth just keeps meddling until she finds her way to a solution.

Before becoming a professional writer, Susan was a tenured professor at the University of MA, then a human resources manager at a Fortune 100 company. She graduated Yale University with a Ph.D in French, and has lived and worked in Paris, New York, Boston and San Francisco.
