Northborough Recreation announced that Neo Liu, a kindergartner in Northborough, won its second annual art contest.

Liu submitted a creative mixed media, two-dimensional snowman scene that was bright, colorful and fun.

Northborough Recreation announced the art contest earlier this Fall and received more than 40 submissions from kids ranging from Kindergarten through fifth grade.

Liu's artwork will be displayed on the cover of the Rec. Department's brochure, which will be mailed out to all Northborough residents the week of Thanksgiving.
